Refer a Resident

Hartford Women's Recovery welcomes referrals from case managers, social workers, hospitals, detox facilities, probation and parole officers, court programs, family members, and self-referrals. Use the form below to connect a woman in recovery with safe, certified housing at Vittoria House.

After You Refer

Here's what happens after you submit a referral:

• Our admissions team will call you and/or the prospective resident within 24 hours
• A brief phone screening will confirm eligibility and current availability
• If accepted, we provide the DMHAS Sober Living Disclosure Form for signature
• A tour and orientation will be scheduled prior to move-in
• Move-in can typically be arranged within 2-5 business days of acceptance
